I reached out to Justin on a Saturday with a shower issue and he was at our home within 30 minutes. About 10–15 minutes later, he had diagnosed the problem and provided us with a quote. He quickly went to get the necessary supplies and returned in no time. His attention to detail and knowledge did not go unnoticed. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how he planned to fix it. Even when the repair seemed complete but still had a minor issue, Justin stayed and made sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction without us even having to ask.
Justin was friendly, professional and clearly takes pride in his work. We would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Other than a small misunderstanding that he was quick to respond to, he was "johnny on the spot", he did a quality repair job, and was priced comparably. It is kinda rare to find all those qualities in a contractor. Where I was really impressed is how clean he kept the space where he worked, and had a good attitude even though I have been a pain. At the end of it all, I think he earned more than five stars.

Justin Moore, the owner of Wrench Wise Plumbing, drove all the way across the state on a Saturday to fix a botched dishwasher install done by another installer. He quickly assessed and fixed the leak, corrected the unbalanced, off- kilter install, and made sure it all worked perfectly. He was polite, professional, took the time to explain where the original install went wrong, and explain how he had fixed it. He wore shoe covers in my home and was careful to clean the area he worked on. Going forward, when I need a plumber, I’m calling Wrench Wise Plumbing!
